2008: Founded Sneh Precast to serve India’s precast infrastructure industry. Set a vision based on precision, innovation, and sustainability. Became Maharashtra’s largest block manufacturer, contributing to highways, metro networks, industrial corridors, and smart cities. Operations guided by quality, trust, and forward-thinking execution.
2009: Installed the first semi-automatic paving block plant. Introduced glossy pavers and designer tiles, improving finish and durability. Began scaling operations through continuous process improvement.
2010–2012: Focused on meeting complex infrastructure needs while maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Built a culture of continuous improvement and reinforced trust with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
2013: Installed automatic machinery in production units to enhance output quality and manufacturing scale for paver and concrete blocks, enabling faster project turnaround.
2014: Added a second automatic machine, reducing manual labor and streamlining production for public and private sector projects.
2015: Adopted a new curing methodology for concrete products, achieving early strength gain while conserving resources.
2016: Implemented mechanised delivery systems to improve material handling and just-in-time delivery.
2017: Installed a shotblasting machine to improve surface finish, durability, and appearance of pavers and blocks.
2018: Increased manufacturing capacity with three automatic block machines, a comprehensive shotblasting system, modern curing techniques, and a mechanised delivery fleet.
2019: Executed first major on-site project with L&T for the Samruddhi Expressway, casting and erecting 60,000 RMT of pre-stressed boundary walls.
2020: Introduced Sneh Classic U Drains and Retaining Wall Systems. Received three major orders for the Samruddhi Expressway from Megha Engineering, Gayatri Projects, and Afcons Limited. Partnered with Shinde Developers Pvt. Ltd. for RE block erection on the Solapur–Vijapur highway. Launched Precast U Drains manufacturing and Vacuum Wet concrete products.
2021: Began vertical casting of Hume pipes. Started Dry Mix Mortar Plant operations. Introduced hydraulic kerb stone manufacturing using European vacuum wet concrete technology.
2022: Started RCC Hume Pipe production using vertical casting. Integrated wet press technology for kerb stones. Installed Kraft Curing system. Added a 20 TPH Dry Mix Mortar line.
2023: Launched a Composite Panel Unit and Sand Plant. Began operations at the Nere manufacturing facility, increasing production capacity and reach.
2024: Undertook casting of Precast Pedestals for a leading IT company. Installed two additional automatic machines for paver and concrete block production. Fully operationalised the Nere facility. Acquired land at Bhavadi for future expansion.
2025: Introduced multiple sizes of Precast U Drains. Started industrial wall supply and erection. Began manufacturing L Retaining Walls, Foundation Poles, and other specialised precast products. Became the first in India to receive WIL EL MIL machines for large-size flagstones, kerb stones, and hydraulic vacuum wet concrete products. Expanded across 40 acres of manufacturing space.
