Load Class Options

• Medium Duty: Suitable for earth pressure, groundwater hydrostatic pressure, and light vehicular traffic.
• Heavy Duty: Designed for areas with direct heavy vehicle loads and higher surcharge demands.

Note: For internal diameters exceeding 1500 mm, a cast-in-situ base is required, followed by a precast riser adaptor.

Manufacturing Process

Manufactured using mechanized steel moulds and low water-cement ratio concrete, each unit is reinforced with pre-fixed rebar. The concrete is consolidated using high-frequency vibration to eliminate voids and ensure uniformity.

Testing Includes

• Concrete cube testing for strength
• Slump tests for mix consistency
• Post-demoulding inspections for surface integrity
• Rejection of any unit with visible cracks, honeycombing, or air voids
