Surface Preparation & Application
Surface Preparation
The substrate surface should be clean, dust free and free from traces of oil or chemicals. The surface has to be dampened with potable water before application (without any surface water or moisture).
Method of Application
- Clean the surface with a water jet or by wet scrubbing to remove dirt, loose particles, etc.
- The surface should be slightly wet before application.
- Apply one coat of Consto Bond Hak Aid by roller, brush, or spray on the prepared surface.
- Check the surface tackiness before application - if the surface is tacky, apply a dash coat of cement mortar.
- As per atmospheric conditions, the tacky period may vary.
- Plaster / concrete the surface after setting of the dash coat.
