Customers have the right to cancel products in case of any issue. Our team will review the issue before processing the cancellation.

Cancellations received after the cutoff period of 3 days will not be eligible for a refund.

All cancellation requests must be submitted via phone, email, or fax and must be received before the specified cancellation deadline.

Refund requests must include the customer’s name and/or transaction number.

If Sneh Precast and Consto Solutions Pvt. Ltd. cancel the order, the customer will receive a full refund.

Orders can be cancelled by the customer within 3 days from the date the order is placed. Tailor-made or customized items are not covered under the cancellation policy.
All refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within
10 to 15 working days.
