Since the inception of Sneh Precast, Vikas has spearheaded the establishment of state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, lean production planning, process optimization, and strict quality assurance frameworks. His strategic leadership ensures seamlessly executed commercial, infrastructure, industrial, and residential precast projects across India.
